Millstone 50K Preview Run (10.5 mile loop)

The Rock Hill Striders put on a great ultra race called the Millstone 50k which is 2/8 this year. This run is their preview of the course, which is a 10.5 mile loop. You don't need to plan on doing the race in order to enjoy the preview run.

If you can run a half marathon on the road, you should be able to complete this run. We will make sure no runner gets left behind.

Bring 3$ for a trail fee. Stop and pay fee at guard booth. Also bring whatever fuel and hydration you will need for this length run. The Striders start on time; get there early !!!

There are several entrances to the Greenway. Make sure you are going to the Rush Pavilion.

I've said for the last 2 weeks that I will do two loops. I have not managed to make it yet so maybe the third time is a charm?

The Striders have offered to pay the entrance fee ($3) for the first 30 runners just tell the attendant at the gate you are there for the run. The Striders will also provide a water stop about the halfway point.
