Thursday night run at the WWC

The bands are gone, the taps are dry, the crowds have left, another season of RiverJam has come and gone..but you can still come out and run Thursday nights at the WWC with the deer and the owls. This is a no drop run of 4-6 miles. We will stick to the South and Lake Loops during the winter months as they tend to be the easiest to navigate with a head lamp. You will need a head lamp. If you have an extra bring it as well. After the run, we will probably go in search of some refreshment afterwards. It is 5 dollars to park if you do not have a parking pass.

About 5 miles around 11 min miles. You can certsinly run faster if you wish. I sweep at whatevet pace is needed so no one is left behind or runs alone.
