If you are an adult military BRAT, you know you are part of a unique culture. You aren't a civilian, but unless you joined the military, once you handed in that ID card, you weren't supported by the military any more either. You became someone very special, one of 16 million people who are different from all the rest of the American public. Maybe it would be nice to spend some time around some of your fellow BRATs and even find out a little more about what makes you who you are.
This is a meetup for the adult children whose parents were career military. The ones who don;t have a hometown and who led exciting, but diffficult, lives their civilian counterparts don't understand. But who also are among the most successful and best educated people in our country. We will post local meetups and events that are specifically for Military BRATs. If you would like to get in touch with people who grew up similar to you and share old and new common experiences then JOIN US! This is a fun and unique group just for you!
If you would like to post a Military Brat events for our peers to see, please message me!
I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
