The Best Things in Life are Free!!!!I wanted to create a broad activities group, since I love to do a variety of things, and I'm sure I'm not the only one =) I've recently been laid off and I've decided to seize this opportunity of 'time off' between jobs to do all the things I usually don't have time for. I want us to take advantage of the free admission days at museums, I want us to carpool to destinations for Hikes, walks or just explore places I haven't discovered yet! Get together for picnics....I want to get creative with my time and little pocket money! There are many things one can do within a budget in this recession daze, and why not meet interesting people who want the same. Why get blue when you can get out and do!
I want to create an open activities group...where we all pitch in with ideas and all participate in the 'meet ups' !
I also want this to be purely LEISURE so we all enjoy!
I am new to this so I'd appreciate any feedback or advice.
