We don't charge anything for any classes.  You only need to bring an open mind and an open heart.

Every week we meditate and study a text or topic and discuss it, and reflect and meditate on it to see how we can make it part of our daily life. And don't worry if you're coming in in the middle; we welcome everyone at all times.
