Qigong is a movement art that goes back over 5000 years. It pre-dates ti chi and acupuncture. Qigong uses slow, deliberate movements with timed breathing to heal mind, body, and spirit. I am starting this group to help spread the healing benefits of Qigong to our area as well as practicing breath work, meditation, and food healing. I also teach Qigong to children aged 6-12. They find it fun and engaging. No prior experience in any movement art is needed.
