Class is led by Dawn, bringing 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. She is known for her tough but very motivating style. This is sure to shake you out of your boredom and push you beyond your plateau. 1ST CLASS IS FREE!
Total body workout involving sprints, plyometrics, body weight exercises and tons of FUN! Come out and try free first then decide if you want to do the class on an ongoing basis. You can do the class twice a week for a month at this price or you can do 8 sessions and spread them out as far as you would like. They do not have to be consecutive.Basically 10 $ per session.
