Wish I could come- it's right after cardiac rehab- afraid I'd slow everybody down! The game ( Journey to Olympus) is nearly ready- did another "rewrite" this weekend- I think it's done... maybe... ready for testing. Anybody interested? Thanks! Jan

Let's say Wednesday morning at 9:30 for the walk at Apex Pine. Let's start by the shelter at the parking lot off of the entrance at Laura Duncan Road. If anyone wants to join us and needs help figuring out where it is just let me know!

Nice idea Melissa. I can't make it this week but maybe next week we can do another one, that time at Bond Park, excellent trail all the way around the lake, very pretty. Right off High House near Cary Parkway. Have fun guys and see you next week sometime.

I would love to do coffee or lunch too! I'm brand new to the area and definitely excited to have opportunities to go out to new places and meet new people.
Jan... I tried to look into the picture problem you are having. I think maybe the original photo is oriented the wrong way? Maybe open up the original photo file, rotate it, save it and then upload it again to Meetup (by going to the Account dropdown in the header and choosing General and then Manage Photos).

Hi Ladies, I was looking forward to joining the group tomorrow but I need to bow out. My mother is not well and I have had to move her to a nursing home in Greensboro (and out of her apartment of 17 years). As a result, I am only half way through the book and would not have much to offer to the discussion. Hopefully I can pull it together for next month. Lisa
