Breakfast/Cinnamon Roll Ride Campout

Annual Breakfast Ride / Cinnamon Roll Ride Weekend Campout! Come enjoy rolls, good company, excellent breakfast, camping and riding for 3 days!! I will have the gate unlocked on Friday at noon and will plan to be out no later than 3pm on Sunday afternoon.

Please NOTE: This is a CHC Dues Paid Members ONLY event. If you have not paid your 2013 Dues and want to go, please send in your membership form & money ASAP and Enjoy a really great weekend with us!! We get special permission to camp on this private property at the Pilchuck Tree Farm and because of the restrictions imposed on us for this privledge, we do have to make this members only

Dues paid members will be allowed to personally invite a guest or two.

This is ALWAYS a fun weekend with really GREAT food!! We will have cinnamon rolls on Saturday morning and potluck dinner on Saturday night (about 6 ish or when everyone is ready.)

Sunday morning potluck breakfast, club will provide the meat, eggs and pancake batter & syrup. I could use volunteers to help with breakfast.

Reminder: You dont need to bring a horse either, just come up and enjoy some potluck food and great company for the day or weekend!! Whatever works for you, we'll just be happy to see ya.

A minimum $2 donation per horse, per day will be asked from all who attend which will be paid to the PTF.

Highlining available, tie to your trailer or set up a corral, bring your own stock water and be sure to practice LNT by taking home all of your hay/manure.

You MUST RSVP for this weekend so we know when to expect you! Cant wait to see you there..

I had a great time visiting with old friends and making some new ones. Rode Saturday and Sunday and had a wonderful time! The potluck dinner, breakfast and the Cinnamon rolls were delicious. Thank you Bobbie for hosting this event! Thank you to all the members that attended for bringing amazing food and helping with the breakfast.

We are so unhappy to cancel, but our newest horse is just not ready for the trails yet. We hope to see you soon at other rides.

  You are welcome to still come up and visit and to eat! Might be a great way to introduce your horse to camping or just the environment and leave your horse tied to the trailer for the experience/exposure! :) Or just drive up in your car and bring a chair to hang out.. If not, maybe next time.

Hey Michelle, Bobbie asked me to respond as her computer is not letting her for some reason.. :) Sorry, we did forget to put her phone # in this event, but it is in the newsletter.. Bobbie's # [masked]. Also, there is no breakfast on Saturday morning. Saturday morning will be the cinnamon rolls served up around 9am, probably 3-4 different versions from those of us making rolls and then Sunday around 9am is the organized breakfast. Ride out will be anytime after that.. nothing set in stone for ride out time either day.. Sorry for the confusion and delay in response!! :) I wont be there but my rolls should be.. lol Thats if all goes well tomorrow..

At the meeting we discussed the breakfast being around 9AM and ride around 10:30-11:00Am on Saturday. We are into having it be a relaxing event so it may depend on the community vote, but somewhere close to those times :) I don't see any phone numbers posted here, so I will post mine in case you need to call someone - Wendy's cell [masked]

I can not come Friday night as I am working. I do plan on hauling in Saturday afternoon to join the potluck and try Winchester out on a highline if possible. I would also like to help out with breakfast Sunday morning. I can be reached at [masked]. I will have 1 guest with me at least for the potluck.

As a chapter of Back Country Horsemen of Washington (BCHW) and Back Country Horsemen of America (BCHA) our goal is to ensure that there are continued recreational opportunities on public lands.

As a member of this website, you are not required to become a DUES PAID member of the Cascade Horse Club Chapter of BCHW; however, we encourage you to support the local trails and our mission by becoming a member of our Chapter. As a DUES PAID member, you are able to join us on all the rides and events hosted by our club, you will also receive our monthly newsletter and get on our email list for immediate updates to what is going on with the club. As a DUES PAID member, your money is used to help support our mission. Members of the WEBSITE ONLY are welcome to join us on many of our rides and events, however we do reserve some events for DUES PAID members only, as a Thank You for your continued support. Anyone is welcome to attend our meetings, we meet the second Tuesday of each month at the Lake Stevens Community Center at 7pm, unless otherwise noted on the calendar.
