Discussion for "Symmetry"

Our assignment for August is "Symmetry". Many symmetric photos are based on reflection symmetry, either in the vertical or in the horizontal. But symmetry can also be produced by rotation, translation, or scale. Man-made objects usually have vertical or horizontal symmetries, while natural objects often exhibit rotational symmetry. Symmetric objects are all around us so put your five best examples of symmetry on a flash drive and show us what you found.

Enjoyable, enlightening, inspiring. And we are still puzzling over why water reflections are sometimes sharper than what they reflect?!

I have been busy with another class over the past week or so. I wasn't able to take very many pictures or edit them so I wanted to open my spot.
