Introduction
I have written two children's books, "Booger Planet," &, "Terry & the Pirate's Treasure," and one adult book, "Motivating Children to Excel in Reading." I am in the process of trying to find a publisher for 9 other books.
Are you a published author?
Yes I am, and very proud of this accomplishment. Now all I have to do is figure out how to market my books so that people will read them. Writing a book is only half the job of an author, the other half is marketing.
What do you expect to get out of the group?
I expect to make friends of others trying to publish their stories. I was hoping to learn what other authors have learned about the craft and marketing.
What is the most important thing you want to learn from the group?
How to market my books.
What is the second most important thing you want to learn from the group?.
How to improve my manuscripts.
In your opinion what can you bring to the group to enrich it?
Enthusiasm for writing! I know how to make e-books and E-book covers, and I know quite a bit about publishing.
