Catskill Ukulele Group meeting Oct. 5 @ 10:30am Phoenicia Library - Cowboy call

10:30 will be chord and strum review and breakin' in the newbies

11:30 jam - songs from Back in the Saddle (see "more" then "files" to download copies)

Focus this month: songs from the Gene Autry movie "Back In The Saddle Again." The movie will play during a Phoenicia Wild West Weekend event that takes place at STS Playhouse on Church on the evening of Sunday, October 14 (see schedule of events below). After the Sons of Pioneers (featuring local fave and fellow uker Robert Burke Warren) concert, the Catskill Ukulele Group (that's YOU) will play along to all eight songs in Back in the Saddle. I've posted half the songs on this site, and will post the rest soon--so check back.

Hi Babs: I assume that the Wild West Weekend is on the Saturday and Sunday. That would be the 12th and the 13th, not the 13th and 14th. Right?
