Sometimes it is difficult to get motivated to "just do it" so let's get together and walk!

You don't have to live in Cedar Hills to join this group but since this is my neighborhood, many of the walks I schedule will be around Commonwealth Lake near my house. It doesn't matter where you live as long as you enjoy walking! I also love touring downtown Portland and different neighborhoods.

Commonwealth Lake is .8 miles around with lots of duck, geese, a couple of blue herons and a couple of weeks ago a bald eagle flew over my head. We will also see the oversized rodents called nutria doing the back stroke in the creek from time to time.
