Book signing and Lunch at Cafe Sunflower/Meet Jamie Noll- The 95% Vegan Diet

Book Signing and Lunch with Jamie Noll, author of the new book the The 95% Vegan Diet: An Insider's Guide to Taking Control of Your Diet and Health Without Having to be Perfect

"So what do I do, exactly?"

This is the question most people ask once they have decided they would like to adopt a plant-based diet. At the same time, many people are also thinking, 'I could never give up (fill-in-the blank animal product) forever!' 95% Vegan is a scientifically credible resource to educate you on exactly how you can adopt a healthy vegan diet without demanding 100% perfection.

Jamie Noll is a Doctor of Pharmacy, Dietitian, and Certified Diabetes Educator. In The 95% Vegan Diet, she brings her wealth of experience in helping patients live healthier lives to the general public. By teaching the reader to fish, she empowers her readers by demystifying how to follow a 95% vegan diet, how to develop his/her own weight loss program, how to discern health claims from the dietary supplement industry, and much, much more!

Jamie is also a member of Celebrate Atlanta.  Come meet Jamie, discuss subject matter, and  purchase a copy for her to autograph.

Members will also receive a 10% discount on lunch at Cafe Sunflower.

As to Cafe Sunflower, the reviews say it all.

"To be able to go to a restaurant and order practically anything off of the menu is magical. We chose to come to Cafe Sunflower on a Saturday night for our weekly date night; typically we go some place where my favorite carnivore can get his meat fix and I can attempt to create a vegan meal. I mentioned Cafe Sunflower as an option and he was all about it: Score!!

Something I absolutely love about Cafe Sunflower is the diversity of the menu, you can literally get everything from a burger to fajitas, to Thai or even Indian food at this joint. We both struggled through making a decision since everything  on the menu looked phenomenal and I wanted to try every single dish coming out of the kitchen (I thought fellow diners might mind if I approached their plate with my fork to grab a bite). In the end I went with the sweet and spicy soy chicken special and he ordered the soy chicken fajitas. We both polished off our entire meals, and these were not tiny portions; I thought I was going to explode. For dessert we got the coconut cake form Southern Sweets that was AMAZING and I don't typically enjoy cake.

Service was great and friendly, food was awesome"

Jamie can you please tell us how much your book will cost if we would like to purchase it? And will you have the workbooks available as well? What will be the price for those? Just want to be prepared! Thanks!

Looking forward to seeing everyone and answering any questions you may have:-) My Daughter, Caitlin, is the co-author of the book. She will be there as well. She developed all of the recipes in the book, and wrote the section about food and drug law.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
