Headsup to everyone that attended the Noche Meetup. For some unknown reason there was a 10% upcharge added to my bill on my statement(unauthorized), and I had a couple of them and it was added to each one ( And for you wanna be comedians yes that was on top of my tip) Just saying I probably wasn't the only one this happened to.

oh man I missed a good one only because I was sick, but to me a crowded place with pretty ladies works for me every time the more the merrier next time trust me I won't be sick LOL,LOL

Joe, can I rub it in...? There were four girls in their 30's not C.A. members on the dance floor after their complimentary tequilas...They were wild..reminiscent of the Gold Club dancers...What a great show to contemplate!

Yes, it was crowded but there were alternatives. Not a big deal. My only complaint is that Dave didn't share. He cornered all the pretty ladies ahead of time. Gotta get there earlier.

Hi Dave, I didn't make it last night because my dear friend past away on Thursday and the viewing was last night. This morning was the funeral.

Place was crowded as expected, but we were able to get our free drinks without much wait. Also after a while the dancing started and we had a great time. The DJ was very good.

I agree that Friday at Noche was what people wanted to make of it. After all, if someone yells fire in a crowded theater maybe you can toast marshmellows as you are trying to get out alive. It took me 30 seconds to realize I'd be happier elsewhere, but I had to troll through the press of humanity another ten minutes to make sure my attendance was recorded. A learning experience I need not repeat.

Then you should have done what I and many others did. When you entered, turn right to the dining room. If you see that the bar is not negotiable, why bother trying to negotiate it. Suffice it to say, it does not take much to understand that the free drink promotion would draw a big crowd. Moreover, the Mayor and many local politicians were in attendance, thus this was the place people wanted to be in Johns Creek. I saw that we had members who had tables and I thank the women who invited me to sit with them and enjoy a dinner. When you are at dining tables, it is only as crowded as tables can be. Thus my experience was like being in a restaurant where all tables were in use. Once the free drink promotion ended, you could also make your way through the bar area and the dancing started. The dance floor size was increased as tables became free and could be moved. From a man's perspective, they sure had a lot of attractive women last night, including our members.

I wonder about the validity of some of the complaints. The bartenders (about 4 of them) were working their tail off! Despite the pack of people at the bar, I got a margarita in less than 5 minutes at 9:30pm...I had a piece of cake which was delicious and I spent a fair amount of time on the dance floor having a good time...very pleased with my evening at Noche!

It was a disaster. No space for a dance floor, packed body to body, and many of us didn't even wait for a free drink. It was a big disappointment.

If you offer free drinks, they will come." Indeed, come they did. Places that are popular get crowded. Now you can either bitch and pooh pooh your head off, or make it great. I chose the latter. At 9 or so,the place was packed at the bar area because of the free drinks. Therefore, I sat down with four beautiful ladies for dinner in the dining room and enjoyed a delicious dinner (Noche has good food). After dinner when the free drink promotion ended, I danced the night away as did many others. Next time, please read the write up. It said, free drinks from 9 to 10. It was easy to anticipate that they would be packed from 9 to 10. After that, we did indeed dance the night away and enjoyed the free cake and $2 tacos. Things are what you make of it.

Here is another oddity that i observed. I had two woman complain about one of the bartender and that he stopped providing free drinks early. I know the management well and took care of this for them. However, I also had several people tell me how good the bartender was and how he was moving so many drinks in such short of a time. So what is it? Did he suck or was he great. About all I can make of the conversations is that maybe he sucked at being great or was it he was great at being a bad bartender. All I know is in listening to all the conversations about him, I felt like a ping pong ball.
