Sage Woodfire Tavern - Perimeter - 666 Happy Hour/Music

SAGE WOODFIRE TAVERN - PERIMETER 666 HAPPY HOUR

They say the devil is in the details.  Well Celebrate Atlanta gives you a straight out good deal happy hour as we party at Sage Woodfire Tavern for a 666 happy hour, enjoying $6 starters, $6 wine and $6 martinis, music and even a bit of dancing (ok, so the dance floor would be tight even for gumby). The event is on the December 17, 2013 and begins at 6 pm.

Not only is the food and drink great but the ambiance is upscale with great music and even a small dance floor.

The reviews of Sage Perimeter say it all:

The food was wonderful. The service was great. The owner gave advice on what to order then followed up to ensure my satisfaction. My friends with more discerning pallets also enjoyed themselves.

We had our son's and his bride-to-be's wedding rehearsal dinner here at Sage Perimeter for 66 people on October 21, 2011. The food was delicious, the room and ambiance beautiful, and the service was incredible! It was such a great night and one we will never forget. We would highly recommend Sage for any dining experience or party in the future. Thank you so much Brian, the General Manager, Winston and all of the other servers and staff for making this an unforgettable wonderful night!

As always, Celebrate Atlanta gives its members great food and drink at great prices. All lounge starters will be priced at $6 (except for items normally priced lower than $6).  Name tags will be required.  For drinks, wine will be $6 and martinis will not break the bank, also costing just $6.  Celebrate Atlanta will have its own private room and wait staff.

A cool story ordered from the 6.99 menu it did take a while to get it but no complaints here the server do a good job in getting my food in fact he brought over 2 drinks for free for myself and my friend it seems the person whom had ordered the drinks either left or moved and the server could not find him or her

People moving around really slows service, then you read them complaining about the slow service they themselves caused. If you move after you order, how is the waiter supposed to find you? So when you sit down for dinner and order, do you move tables then expect to be found by the wait staff?

Sorry I had to dash away so quickly. Something came up that needed dealing with. Dave, thanks again for working to make CA the best group in Atlanta. The same to all the assistant organizers/event hosts!

I hope to see everyone at Jingle Mingle!

BTW Tom, I guess I was lucky in that I found a good parking spot in less than 5 minutes. My technique: Always look where everyone else says "no way you'll find a spot there." I always find one! Patience is a virtue with many dividends. :)

Food at Sage is always outstanding. Service is usually better than it was last night but the slowness was completely understandable given the Christmas rush. Thanks organizers/hosts.

They could give away $10,000 per person and I would not go back to that place...the parking and traffic was horrendous; took me 45 min to find a place.

    December 18, 2013

    • Dave G

Tell you what, if you are willing to give me $10,000, I will simply park across the street at the NE corner mall parking lot which is literally a two minute walk. Please give me an address to send the $10,000 bill. It is Christmas, it is rush hour, it is Atlanta. If you want no traffic, go to a small town and party at waffle house.

I had a good time ! I hope there will more seating in the group's private room.

    December 18, 2013

    • Dave G

That is a Christmas time issue. The private rooms are heavily booked. They had a party that started at 2 pm and were supposed to be out of the private room for our group. However, they ran over and we did not get the room until 6:30. They also had to move another small private party to the corner of the private room because the restaurant was packed. Normally, we have the entire private room.

Very glad I went. The restaurant was elegant and welcoming. The service was slow due to the amount of other parties happening at the same time, but interesting conversation and meeting other members far compensated for it. The food was delicious.

I'm running late from Savannah. Will try to be there by 8:00

    December 17, 2013

  • Dave G

As stated, I have cut the cap again.

    December 17, 2013

  • Dave G

We have now hit 130 and thus if any spots open, they will be available to those on the wait list. However, at 4 pm, I will once again lower the cap to 110. Therefore, if you are on the going list and not attending or even questionable, change to not going so others who want to attend can.

    December 17, 2013

  • Dave G

If you are on the wait list wondering why spots have opened and you cannot fill them, it is because I reset the cap to 130. Once we reach 130, I will allow additions for a short time, then drop the cap to 110, especially considering we only have two hosts signed up.

My office line nbr ends with 666...been in business 23 years...glad that all my Christian clients dont see me as the devil!

Yes Denis, but you and I have mutual friends that know you as The Evil Twin. I did think that this divergent discussion had finally dwindled away last month. I, for one, plan on having a heck (2nd word choice) of a time tomorrow night. Any takers?

Yes I do have a question - who chose the three digits for the title of this gathering? Who really wants to attend that...C'mon really folks. Why attach a number like that to anything...unless you are an Athiest or a hater of the Christian faith.

The problem with Mr. Jones comment is that it takes things out of context. Does Mr. Jones really believe that when I say to my son, if you do not clean your room, I am going to kill you, that I am literally going to kill him? In this case, no actual issue existed. The 666 came from the trio of pricing, nothing more. You have to look at words and phrases in context. As an example, if I say, "please help your Uncle Jack, off the horse, that connotes an act of courtesy. However, if I say please help you uncle jack off the horse, that probably could be taken to mean you should be kept far away from Churchill downs. Same sentence, different punctualtion and capitalization, two different meanings. If Mr. Jones had taken context into account, this idiotic discussion would have never insued. On the other hand, apparently, the effect is that 150 signed up with a wait list of over 50. When I worked in sports, the adage we always used seems to apply here. Any publicity is good publicity.

Wish I could go. It would be my 13th meet up event, a 666 party, liquor will be served, there will be many pretty women, Sage is a great place, and if I was really lucky, they'd play "The Devil Went Down to Georgia!":-)

Robert, in this case 666 is about the money...which is said to be the root of all evil. The devil's in the details. ;-). Please take it in the secular sense.

I got curious... the number 666 (or 616) is purportedly assigned to the acolytes of the devil. In final days those marked with the number will not be give eternal life. Please fill in details for me

      November 23, 2013

  • Steve

Not everyone is superstitious and yes, I'm aware of the historical significance. In other words, it's JUST a number, like 13.
