This group is level 1 of 4 levels and is for absolute beginners. Don't worry if you cannot run - everyone is at the same level. Each week we start with a warm up and progress to a brisk walk and some team work with jogging pausing now and again to catch our breath and do some upper body exercises. You will learn how to go at a pace that everyone can manage and before you know it, you will be jogging a mile!
We allow 12 weeks to achive a jog of 1 mile - you can do it!
Learn to run with certified and insured Personal Trainers - Group Training at £5 per run or £15 per month by Standing Order.

THIS GROUP "Green Run" (Absolute Beginners) - walk - jog - run. Certificate and graduate when you achieve a run of 1 mile.
"Blue Run" - Aspire to 5km - see BLUE RUN group
"Red Run" - Certificate for 10km See RED RUN group
"Black Run" - run (intervals, fartlek and steady pace) training for 1/2 marathon and marathon
These events are organised by Celebrate Health & Fitness Ltd based in Milton Keynes. Anyone wishing to run will be required to meet a basic health requirement and fill in a health questionairre.
