Progression and Maintenance for 10 km runners
For graduates from the Blue Run group or for runners who can cope with 5km and look to run for fun and fitness for up to an hour.
Warm up followed by a steady run of 5 - 10 km to shake off the effects of the working week and prepare for the weekend.
Each week includes a warm up, training run as agreed by the group the previous week and ending with a relaxing warm down and stretch for that all important flexibility.
Share your experience and learn from the group while training in the safety and support of a group like minded runners.
Bring some water to sip on and have a bite to eat about an hour before we start,a drink of water (or something non alcoholic) and go to the loo!
Membership is £5 for 3 months which also includes your first session. Then every time you attend a MeetUp your membership is extended for 3 more months.
