10:00 am Walk Begins
10:30-12:00pm Walk Ends

There will have be vendors promoting gluten-free products at the walk as well as food samples and coupons. There will be great raffle prizes too!!

All of the proceeds will go to The Celiac Sprue Association.

    It was great. Aside from raising money, I won a basket of goodies from a raffle and a dvd from a trivia question given be Fresh 102.7.There was a pretty good turn out and it was a great day for a walk. They had a lot of free snacks and sampling from varies vendors. As usual, whenever I attend a GF event, everyone was friendly and in good spirits. Glad I was able to attend this year.

      “ ThE WALK WAS NICE. THE FIRE TRUCK WAS GREAT. I ;EARNED ABOUT FIRE SAFETY. IT WAS GOOD THEY WERE THERE THEY PUT OUT A SMALL FIRE. THE LADY CLOWN WAS FRIENDLY. MY DAUGHTER LIKED JOAN BAGELS. THEY WENT FAST. MOZZARELLIS COOKIE WERE GOOD. EVERYBODY EATS AND THE WHITESTONE PHARMACY AND KATZ THANKS. THERE WAS A MICROWAVE MEAL PLACE . LINA AND HER FAMILY AND FRIENDS THANKS. TO SEE SUCH A NICE FUN WELL THOUGHT OUT EVENT TAKES ALL LOT OF WORK. THE WORK TO GET ALL THE WONDERFUL RAFFLES. THE WORK TO GET THE ISLANDERS MASCOT. THE ONLY FUNNY THING WAS THE OTHER CLOWNS SHOWING UP AFTER THE EVENT. THEY STILL TRIED. AND OF COURSE THE PARKS DEPARTMENT FOR THERE PARTICIPATION. LENA FRIENDS BEING NOT CELLIACS BUT HELPED OUT. TO SEE SUCH AND THE PEOPLE WHO DONATED FOOD AND RAFFLES THANKS. HELP AND PLANNING IS A REAL GOOD DEED. THANKS PS BEATIUFUL WEATHER. ”
