More people than ever are enjoying the flavor and health benefits of eating gluten-free due to an allergy, sensitivity, or intolerance. Those us with gluten intolerance do not need to fore go our favorite baked goods. This class will introduce you to gluten-free flours and baking tips, and show you how to make delectable baked goods. In addition to recipes with successful substitutions for baking without eggs, dairy/casein, soy, and refined sugar, the chef will also provide you with local and national gluten-free resources.
On the menu: Melt-in-your-mouth Chocolate Chip Cookies (egg and dairy/casein-free); Double Chocolate Brownies (egg and dairy/casein-free); Seasonal Fruit Crostata; Rosemary Focaccia.
