Gluten-Free Items at Cosi

New York, NY
Post #: 1
Hi Everyone-

I went to lunch at Cosi the other day and I asked if any of the salad dressings were gluten-free and of course they looked at me like I had 5 heads. They told me to look online, I didn't find anything so I wrote an e-mail to the company.

I was told that the following are gluten-free

Salad Dressings:
Roasted Shallot Vinaigrette Dressing
Cesar Dressing
Italian Dressing
Parmesan Peppercorn Ranch
Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette
Low Fat Sherry Shallot Dressing

Mushroom and Root Vegetable

Hope this helps! smile

Thanks for your post. Do you have info about which salad/meat items are gluten free?

this is great. Thanks for your research! I have a Cosi in my building at work and I've avoided it. always glad to have another option for lunch...

I ordered a make your own salad today with Caesar dressing and no symptoms at all. I'm not super sensitive, but usually get very dazed and tired after eating gluten (I esp. notice these symptoms from dressings that may not be GF).
