Hey Guys,
Recommendation : Celiac Disease: A Hidden Epidemic Book .

I never really grasped this disease . I came from a foreign country so having celiac in a strange / new country made it even harder for me to adjust. I never really fully followed the diet we all must follow because of that barrier. Last week I “discovered “ the Colombia university center and ordered their book . And I must say..it is amazing book ( not in a John Gresham kinda way biggrin). But after 10 years I finally understand this disease. They explain everything. The history of the disease, how a normal body works and the differences. They use medical terms but in a very very clear way.

So if any of you just find out about the disease I strongly recommend that book.

Thanks for the recommendation. I'm reading the book, too. FYI: There are several copies available at the NY Public Library.
