What is Socialism? What is its historical and ideological background and history. Who were the main intellectuals in its history. What were the sources which influenced Marx's and Engel's?

What were the main issues of the time that formed socialist/communist thought and action? How does it relate to the New New Left today? How do we examine socialism's possible inner contradictions and seeming past historical failures in a scientific and reasoned way without resorting to blind belief or ideology, or resorting to a "religious" ardent faith in order to Keep the Ideals alive?

Many people are attracted to socialism today, especially many young people and believe its main tenants as well as adore the goal of a future Utopia that is possible for All Humanity. But in this a new millennium the truly mature intellect must examine the past in order to work out a workable solution to today’s problems in order to open a path to a glorious bright future for all. To do so the true believer as well as the staunch sceptic must ask these fundamental questions.

The unexamined ideology is not worth believing, so we must examine all things from both a pro and a con side in order to fully understand the dialectical issues and it is only from there, with a firm base of understanding that we can determine that Socialism today, just might need an ideological tune up for this our time, this new millennia

The journey to a great and glorious future free of all poverty, want, oppression and coercion must be started with the first baby steps and with eyes wide open, and with wonder and a yearning quest for knowledge, a new course for humanity can be charted past the worn out ideas and slogan’s of the unexamined premises of the past century and a half.

A new Millennia calls for a new approach, a new solution and a new course of Revolutionary action!

The children of this new age that is dawning must arise with a new understanding and a new inspired faith of action in order to sweep away the old worn out dialectic of the Right and Left ingrained today. Be those children! Be the new Revolution! Live it! Create It! Become it!
