Join us for this healing, strengthening practice. All levels of practitioners welcome. This Yoga will soothe your soul and awaken your spirit while it supports and rejuvenates the body, keeping you healthy and vital.

$10.00 per class

Optional: Blanket for relaxation, water is also recommended. Yoga mat, bolster or cushion if desired.

Colleen is a Yoga Alliance Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor, and has been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 2011. A lifelong seeker of truth, her world view has been strongly influenced by the sacred wisdom cultures of the world. Colleen is also an artist, game inventor and children's book author.

She is also a top producer in real estate for over 30 years. She has a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology with an emphasis on Consciousness, Health and Healing.
