Retirement is great. I needed a break after 36 years in IT, but now it is time
to do some work with Big Data.
    Hope all is well,

Hello Jeff! Welcome to the Columbus Creative Photography Group! I agree, trying to balance how much time you should spend editing an image vs. how much time is "necessary" can be very challenging. This will be a topic we tackle at many of our events.

I forgot to mention that I put Gary in the driver's seat. If you look closely you can see it's him.

Jeff. What you see in the vette pic is the result of heavy photoshopping with PSElements. The background was abominable, but by "selecting" it and adding a Gaussian blur plus darkening, I was able to shove it out of your mind's eye. I also added a dupe layer and multiplied it to enrich the vette.

Jeff, sorry you missed out on the first. It was definitely a great time meeting new people and being exposed to new ideas. I'm glad you're going to the second one. It's at the Smith Hardware Building, so it should be easier to find.
