Monthly Raw Food Pot Luck Dinner

Our "NEW" Meeting Place is absolutely beautiful. You have to come and experience the wonder of this venue we've been blessed with. So wonderful we were featured on  the home page of Meet-Up.....soooo honored! New venue but the same rules.

As always we will enter and start setting up at 5pm and should start eating around 5:30pm. Please see the thread on the message board saying recipes, recipes, and more recipes for some raw recipe choices and sites to guide you. Choose and bring a raw, vegan (by this I mean a dish consisting of fresh ..... hopefully organic fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouted grains and herbs only) dish that will feed at least 10 people with a donation of $3.00 or come and eat for a donation of $10.00. This helps me recover some of the outside costs and pay for this beautiful space. I try always to bring several dishes that will feed all of you. If you are new to Raw Foods and confused about what to bring please know that those donations in lew of the dish do help. I am so excited to have this as out new meetup place and inviting all of you to bring family, friends, neighbors and any you know interrested in a Raw Food Lifestyle. See You There!

    I had full intentions of coming & had planned what I was going to bring. However; had back-to-back meetups that afternoon (not the usual schedule) and then got into a most-engrossing, life-changing conversation afterward with one of the attendees & "time flew" & before I knew it, it was 8:30 p.m. & I'd totally missed it. Sad to miss such an obviously-wonderful event with such good attendance & fabulous food & fellowship. Next month I'll be there "fer shur." Being a "regular," I concur on all the beautiful things said by everyone about the venue--yes; Sandy IS Terrific -- & Chef Olive is "unparalled" & a sure-fire "bundle of energy & information." Ms. Dynamo--DynaMITE!

    Thank you so much everyone for a great event. We all made it fabulous, as each one brings their own energy, experiences, and knowledge! Ofcourse, we couldn't have done it without the amazing Chef Olive, and our wonderful Sandy, who provides a great welcoming to all.! Great food, (love trying new things), new and past faces, and a very fun lively atmosphere. My mom had a great time, and I will definitely bring her back next month.
