I'm a raw food beginner, and not even 50% raw as of the date of this writing. I'm in an experimentation state, trying new raw recipes/foods and determining how I will best transition.
I've been toying with the idea of going raw for about a year, but I had lots of apprehensions. Recently, however, the idea of going raw has compelled me to explore the lifestyle further. I think I'm ready to go all the way now.
