Please tell me what you expect of the site. Tell me where you are in your raw food walk?

Expectations are that everyone is supporting each other regardless of how they choose to live. I just want to see what others are doing and how I can be of benefit. I have done a lot of research on this topic and incorporate it in my daily life. (Some days are better than others, I am not perfect and don't expect others to be). On my walk with raw foods I tend to be more of an interval trainer with this meaning that some weeks are better than others. I am always conscious of when I am not eating right and correct course as necessary. I will never be a vegan or vegetarian as I appreciate all aspects of the culinary world, but I believe it does have a time and a place. My body always lets me know when I need to do a little raw food or juicing blitz. I do eat raw at least one day a week and incorporate it the other days.

I am not a vegan or vegetarian but I love incorporating raw foods in my diet. I live by the 80/20 rule when it comes to food, 80% veggies and 20% meats. Raw/living food is very important to all humans and I believe it can curb a lot of problems.
