I am interested in information on raw food, especially foods that have been sprouted/germinated. I am unable to have fruit, sugar, dairy, corn, wheat, among many other items. I find that this type of lifestyle is easily to incorporate into my life. I do not eat 100% raw because many recipes call for fruit or sugar (even if it is natural such as agave, dates, etc.) I am trying to find a balance. This seems to be a good place to go for support.
I am on a health lifestyle journey. Too many family members have passed due to diet related illnesses. My path leads me in a different direction. My + lifestyle has had a great influnece on others. The more I know/learn - the more I can pass on:)
