Make this a full day of art appreciation in air conditioning! We will begin with lunch, visit the Dali Museum, then head over to the Museum of Fine Arts which is only a few miles away. Afterwards if I haven't worn you out, we can catch dinner.
If you don't want to do both museums, that's fine too.
The Dali Museum Collection
The Dali Museum Collection covers Dali's entire career from 1904-1989. The Collection includes 96 oil paintings, many original drawings, bookworks, prints, sculpture, photos, manuscripts, and an extensive archive of documents.
The third floor galleries provide a chronological gathering of Dali's paintings. This floor provides visitors a chance to see other aspects of the artist's work, featuring his films, photographs, objects and works on paper.
