CRUISE IN for TOYS FOR TOTS at MoB then a run to Pub Dog

C3M has partnered with MINI of Baltimore County to help them with the TOYS FOR TOTS campaign. We are planning to meet at MINI of Baltimore, hang around the showroom and drool over the Coupe and other new cars, shop in the parts department for the latest MINI gear, and most importantly, donate a new unwrapped toy to TOYS FOR TOTS. MoB will provide light refreshments. In addition, there will be a 20% discount for any purchases in the parts department. (Does not include the new Coupe!) We will have a drawing for one or two MoB gift certificates if we have enough people show up. As if that isn't enough, we will then do a run through the back roads of Baltimore County and Howard County to finish off the day with pizza and liquid refreshments at the Pub Dog.

Was a nice event for MoBC to host. Loved the 20% off. The run, Pub Dog and company of other MINI enthusiasts was, as usual, very enjoyable.

Bummer to have missed the Mini-go-round since I had to wave off on Marriottsville Rd. to pick up my better half, but enjoyed seeing everyone at Pub Dog and the bit of the run I was able to do.

Great time was had by all. Nice to be able to assist less fortunate children in need, I have 2 kids, 10 and 8, and can only imagine what Christmas would be like for them if finances were worse than they are. God bless them all.
The run was well planned and as always, beautiful scenery and nice twisty roads. I think my only minor observation would be that we were exceeding speed limits in some areas by as much as 20MPH over posted and as a group we should prob be more cognizant overall to traffic speed regs, to avoid any unwanted attention from Officer Bob Speed and to ensure everyones safety.

Thanks to everyone who came out to support Toys for Tots. Thank you Tom for organizing this and planning the route. Thanks to MINI of Baltimore for hosting us and giving us cookies and freebies. Thank you Heather for setting Julio straight and getting me free pizza.

Great to be part of this gift giving and mini-MINI run~ sounds like the rest of the ride was rediculously fun. Thanks to the organizers and to MoB for sponsoring the event ~ a real 'give and take' ~ Nice to see all of you again, and to meet new folks.

Had a great time! Felt goodnto donate a toy to the cause. Mini of Baltimore were very welcoming and generous. The run was a blast. Each run is unique, and fun. This one did something hilarious to help the two of us who got stuck behind a Jetta carrying a couple large Xmas trees to catch up. They all kept circling in a round about. People trying to enter the crcle where, um, incredulous (mad?). We caught up, when we realized what they where doing, I laughed all the way to Pub Dog....TOOOOO FUNNY!!!!

It was good to see you all again, and meeting some new members too. The Mini go round had me laughing too, my wife, Virginia said one more time around, and she would get sick...

Thanks also to Mini Of Baltimore for hosting us. The new JCW Coupe had me drooling. The black car with red roof looked great. The price tag was an eye opener. $38K? Really? That's $10K more than I paid for my new loaded, (minus leather) 2010 MCS 2 years ago...

The MINI Merry-Go-Round had to be the highlight of the run. Gave new meaning to circling the wagons...I mean MINIs.

What time do you anticipate leaving MoB, and when do you suppose you'll make it to the Pub Dog? Not sure if we can attend some or all of the activity.

The economy has made things a little more difficult for everyone this year. Even if you can't make the run on Saturday, please stop by MINI of Baltimore and drop off a toy for Toys for Tots.
