This was a really fun ride. As to making u-turns...we should always throw in one or two. It lets you wave to everyone ahead and behind you :-) Looking forward to the next ride already!

What did we learn today? 1. Weather people lie. 2. It takes two U-turns to make sure you don't get to the restaurant too early. 3. We now know where Fiddlestiks is. 4. If it rains while we eat, "Does it really count?" 5. Great ride with great people.

Karen and I are thinking about camping somewhere Saturday night in the Hannibal area. Would appreciate some ideas on a camp ground. Others are welcome if interested. The more the merrier! Thanks!

As of July 4th highway 79 is closed at Louisiana by flooding. I'll look at it again in the morning. I'll be looking at a different route to by pass it.
