Mindfulness is a state of being aware of your thoughts in the moment. Mindfulness in relation to food provides a powerful tool to help you overcome unhealthy eating habits and regain a positive relationship with food and yourself.
Join us each Saturday in April from 1-2 for the Holistic Wellness Series, a different topic each week.
Be Well Associates' Angie Wallace is coordinating these events.
We will promote the Centra PA Holistic Wellness Group at each meeting as well as the topic.
