George Eisman (MA, MS, RD), Director of Nutrition for the Coalition for Cancer Prevention, has been a Registered Dietitian for over 30 years. He has served as a public health nutritionist for three State Health Departments, and has taught nutrition at Florida State University, Miami-Dade Community College, and Broward Community College.  Mr Eisman has worked as a dietitian at Miami Children's Hospital and Wesley Woods Nursing Home in Atlanta. He is the author of Food Choices and Cancer: How Your Diet Affects Risk; A Basic Course in Vegetarian and Vegan Nutrition; and The Most Noble Diet.
