Topic: Introduction to CSS3 - Cascading Style Sheets

Topic: Introduction to CSS3 - Cascading Style Sheets

This month we will have a beginner presentation on Cascading Style Sheets - CSS3. We will assume some experience with HTML, but little or no experience with styles. We will talk about the use of styles for the presentation of data and web page elements, and how styles are integrated with HTML. We will explain the syntax of styles and style sheets, the box model, and using styles for web page layout. And demos, of course! If this is all new to you, be sure to be there. If you have some experience with CSS3 and HTML5, please join us as well and share what you have learned.

Speaker: Judy Calla

Judy Calla has been president of Central Penn Users Group since 2004. She is an application development specialist at Penn National Insurance, where she has been developing Visual Studio applications for eleven years. She is a presenter at Code Camps and user group meetings, specializing in beginner topics.
