Getting together locally with other people who are all about the food - the cooking, the eating, the pairing of wines with, the reading about, the talking about, the searching for exotic ingredients, the overtaking of one's bookshelves with cookbooks, the farmers' market trips, the analyzing of restaurant foods and trying to figure out the ingredients - all things food! We have potlucks, we dine out, we go to foodie events, we share recipes and favorite foodie websites, and generally share enjoying the pleasures of the table, including conversation. Join us!

For each event, there is a $5.00 RSVP fee, which is refunded if you attend the event or if you change your "Yes" RSVP to "No" two days or more before the event. If you do not show up, or you change your "Yes" RSVP to "No" less than two days before the event, the fee goes to the host(ess) for their trouble or to the waiter who has lost the use of a table, and thus tips, for the duration of our event (usually the restaurant has to push tables together to accommodate us). This makes sure that those who RSVP "Yes" actually attend and that no member misses attending because the place they could have used was taken by someone who didn't show.
