They put together a variety of fun orienteering events that are good for beginners and experienced a like.
Good to hear from you. I am going to pass on the rafting thing. But sometime in the future I would love to do it. I'm rafting the Gauley next month and am saving for that trip instead. (I just paid for it-its expensive for the marathon. Next year, just the Upper)
Hi Alec-I'm interested but am curious how long the trip is before I commit. I'll call them.
Alec, I live in about 20 minutes from Humpback Rock and would very much like to join you guys. Would it be ok if I meet the group at the trailhead. Thanks, Chuck
Hi ALec, I have an idea for a meet up. Next Sunday night at Dogwood Dell is a Paige Wilson remembrence concert. ITs free. I thought another Meet up group was doing it but I didn't see anyone leading it. Interested in leading it?
I estimate the Lakeview paddle will be 2.5 to 3 hours long. We'll have some novices with us and we'll stop for lunch so it won't be a quick ride.
I suggested a meetup for the James River Scramble 10K, I just need two RSVP's to get it posted for all the members to see.
P.S. I was the one that ran with you on Wednesday. (4/27/11)
hey Alec, I'm new to this meet-up group and new to meet-up overall. Very cool. I'm an avid player and aslo w/the Richmond Tennis Asso. I sent you a msg. just checking to make sure it went thru the channels.
do you have a cell number I can call in case I can't find the parking site? Is there a landmark I can look for to find you in the morning?
