I used to practice yoga on a weekly basis (only in college) and even though I had no idea what I was doing it did help relieve stress and increase flexibility. I haven't done it in several years and am going to give it another go.

• Barefoot Studio Riverdale contains two practice rooms for classes to occur simultaneously. Entrance is located in the rear of the building, and parking is located either across the street or in the lower parking lots behind the building. Classes are on-going and you may join at any time.
