Good evening! I hope everyone is doing well and for those who played on Saturday are now recovered! Just as an FYI, I am now requiring new members to be "approved" first before they are allowed to join. The reason is due to Meetup recently being attacked by spammers over the weekend. I know the majority of us received a ton of spam e-mails over the weekend and if you belonged to more them one group you received twice as much spam.

Meetup.com has suggested organizers set-up requirements before someone can join each group. Some examples of requirements are: must have picture; answer questions; write an intro or be approved. I know majority of the groups are now requiring photos and write an intro. However, I felt the easiest way was just for new member to be approved as it would cause a long enough delay before Meetup caught any possible spammers before we are hit.

All of you are already "approved" so if you have any friends/family members that want to join and wonder why I have now made an "additional" step you will know why. Take care and don't forget to vote in the poll!
