I like a creamy Chardonnay with a hint of oak. On the red side I prefer the softer tannins of a Zinfandel unless a good steak is involved, then sign me up for a full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon.
I am Mark from Piscataway. Like you, I enjoy wine and good food. I am attend tastings regularly and do judging occasionally. This group sounds like a great pairing.
