Bio: Janine has been fermenting foods for the past 10 years. Her first love was Kombucha and she has since moved to sauerkraut, Kimchi, yogurt, nuts, natural sodas, grains, pickles and more. In 2012 Janine spent 5 days with Sandor Katz in Woodbury TN studying fermentation intensively. Sharing the art, ease, usefulness, sustainability and healthful aspects of fermentation is what brings her Joy. Fermenting foods also naturally connects Janine’s other loves of supporting local farmers, home gardening, healthy sustainable food for all and beekeeping.
