Important announcment for the Phoenix Writing Workship

I'm just too busy to stay involved in this and take on the effort required to keep it going. I've asked others to be asst. organizers, and no has said yes. I've asked for ideas on where to hold additional meetups, gotten a few, but the Tuesday meetups just aren't working and going to the Wednesday ones is a hassle for me. I only work until 4:30. So to drive home then back to Phoenix is a waste, but to hang around town for 2 1/2 hours is also.

So ... I'm going to stay the organizer until someone else wants it. I'm just not going to be checking the site every day and making sure Wednesday meetups are setup. No one will probably even notice the change. biggrin

The fee to be the organizer is between $15 and $19 a month depending on how you set it the billing (fewer billings means less per month.) Since I already organize a group, I got this one for free and will keep it going as long as people are going to meetings.

I will still take care of any emails I get, and will probably show up once a month at the Wednesday meetups.

So anyone want to be the new organizer?? How about an asst. organizer?? That lets you add stuff to the calendar, remove members and moderate the message board. The only difference between being an organizer and asst. organizer is the organizer gets all 'Contact me' emails and can add people as asst. organizers.
