If you enjoy yoga, meditation and chant, this group is for you!

We believe in yoga as a powerful transformative tool, which helps us clear the chitter chatter of our minds, so that we can inhabit our bodies and connect with our spirit.

We come together to practice yoga, and to spend time just 'being' over a cup of herbal tea after a session, or some good food of an evening. We enjoy sharing tips and tools for leading a centred life.

We are also passionate about taking care of our beautiful bodies through nutritious food and drink for increased energy and excellent health. We enjoy including raw foods in our diet, particularly raw cacao!
