"Ceroc - A night to learn, a lifetime to master."

Ceroc is a dance with its roots deeply embedded in rock and roll as well as jive. Over the years, its versatility and fun factor has absorbed other styles of dancing, be it ballroom, salsa, tango, swing, hip hop, and much much more! Bring your own style to the dance, whether you like it sexy or elegant or just plain good ole' funky fun!

The Ceroc Beginner's Workshop is perfect for anyone and everyone with a penchant and a love for dancing - wanna learn how to dance ceroc in a day? This is the workshop for you! From the dance newbie to the seasoned dance veteran of many a dance floor, going back to basics always brings something new to the dance. Whether it's finally figuring out that weird hand connection thing or nailing down a double spin, there's something for everyone.

Two left feet, you say? The Ceroc Beginner's Workshop guarantees that at the end of the day, you'll be able to get on any club floor in Singapore and rock it with any cerocer!

We'll be teaching all 12 beginner moves in an easy, relaxed environment with awesome tunes so that your feet will always be itching for one more dance. There'll be "taxi dancers" joining as well (really really really experienced cerocers) so if in doubt, they're there to help you out!

Take note, this ain't no introduction class, oh no! This is ceroc served straight up, with fun and good times as the ultimate goal and your ability to dance to Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" without resorting to twerking (or you can toss that in, if that's your thing!) immensely enhanced!

Only $60 per person and no need to book with a partner! Sign up solo or come with friends!

Book now to avoid disappointment! Workshop will be gender balanced, so places are limited on a first come first served basis.

To sign up, email [masked], leave a comment on the event wall, or just let us know on a class night!

Once again, the workshop will be from 11am to 4pm at the Hog's Breath Cafe @ Chijmes. Lunch will be from 1 to 2pm (to be paid by individuals). Please note not to bring your own bottles of water/juice or food inside the venue as it is a commercial cafe. We will have some coolers ready for you to quench your thirst from all the dancing!

    WORKSHOP POSTPONED

Hi all, due to the lack of number of people confirming that they will be attending, the venue is unable to hold the room for us, so the workshop will be postponed until further notice :( Apologies for the short notice, as venue has just only informed us as well.

Until then, Ceroc Singapore will be at China One every Tuesday 7:30 to 10:30pm, bringing you Beginner and All New Intermediate classes and a whole lot of freestyle dancing for just $25 with a Ceroc membership card! Beginners welcome, no need to book, no need to bring a partner. See you there!

Good luck getting Ceroc going in Singapore. Unfortunately I'm not there anymore so am unable to attend.

What a pity, Megan! We've been running Ceroc classes since April of last year! Anyway, if you're ever in the vicinity, do drop by for a dance!
