this month we''ll be focusing on the fourth chakra,the heart chakra

Anahata which means "unstruck sound," relates to the element of air.

Located in the heart, it is where the manifesting and liberating energy currents meet and come into balance.

Anahata is associated with the heart, lungs, breasts, & thymus

Issues of the fourth chakra are love; both self love and relationships, balance, compassion, grief.
Dysfunctions of this chakra include, jealousy, grief, breast cancer,high blood pressure, heart disease.

Healing this chakra helps to, improve self love, circulaion, heart health, relationships, compassion, and brings a sense of peace.

We will explore the balance needed between self love and love for others through dialogue, exercises, and meditation. How do we care for others and not lose our center?
