Learn the basics and more of functional exercise and training, we will use a wide variety of equipment from barefoot training, balance beam work, to kettlebells and TRX suspension training. It's about becoming one with your body, then mastering it..with that, anything is possible. The workouts will be lead by myself, I am a NASM certified trainer, as well as TRX and a RKC kettlebell instructor...however I welcome all trainers and group fitness instructors to join in and share your craft with us.
