We specialize in programs designed for you at your personal level, our philosophy Get Fit, Not Hurt is key in each and every program we design for you. The focus is on you and reaching your goals. We offer small group training capped at 10 people which includes classes such as yoga, TRX amd boxing and more. We offer semi-group personal training which is 2-4 people as well as private sessions.
We always offer a complimentary corrective exercise assessment to check for imbalances in the body which will show us how to reach your goals efficiently and without pain by correcting the poor movement patterns which we find in your assessment.
