Here are the notes I took:

Radiation, Evaporation (wicking), Convection
Paddle layers like a house with moisture movement, insulation and siding.
FABRICS:
Washing—use powdered detergent (BioClean good) –Liquid soap clogs pores of fabric, no wicking
don’t use plastic hanger
Gortex- one way channel for water--
Can lose 2 cups of water a day through feet
Wool- Fragile when wet
Nylon-cold butt (bathing suit)
Exoffico underwear or no underwear—
Suzanne has a fleece changing tent
Base Layer: Polartec Power dry ( Wool +)
breathable next to skin
PACKING GEAR:
Plastic bin in car for post paddle wet gear
-rinse all after both fresh and salt water
Don’t leave stuff in car with gaskets-
use 303 on gaskets 3 or 4 times a year,
woodstoves breaks down gaskets.
Trigent silicone grease for neck latex allergies
LIFE VEST – 3 pockets: laser pointing device, flare,
food (nuts and raisins in plastic bottle),
Handwarmer –Proheat reusable , in sandwich box
MESH DUFFLE BAG-WET, always goes in boat :
2 Clear plastic boxes (Pelican superior)
First aid: digital thermometer, toothbrush,
readiing glasses
Boat Repair kit
Night paddling kit: 4 glow sticks (fish lure)
2 boat, 2 body, extra batteries,

jacket, paddle jacket with hood, Polartec Power dry top for insulation, surfer wetsuit,
paddle pants with feet,-semi dry
pee funnel( silicone too soft-they collapse, funnel can overflow)

Only thing I can add to that is how to put the suit on and off, and types of boot to wear over the suit
