Gentle Healing Yoga Class

This slower paced and mindful practice is a restorative form of yoga recommended for all levels. This class establishes the foundation of yoga practice, with an emphasis on strengthening the core, breath work, meditation & stretching. It helps to stimulate that natural healing of the body, create a healthy balance of the mind, body, & spirit, resulting in mental and physical well-being.

    I believe you are located quite a ways from me. I'm really interested in this class but wonder if I would do ok with it. I'm not in good physical condition and I have two very bad knees. Do you think it is worth the drive to check this out? or do you recommend something else?
