In this free-form Tao Dancing class, participants focus on their own body and move as freely as they wish. An experienced instructor gives instruction and plays joyful music. A meditation follows. After movement, you feel very relaxed and relieved of stress. No previous experience required. Enjoy your Friday evening and release the stress of the week at this fun and joyful class!
